Nicola lost 10.3 lbs in fat and 11.2 lbs in weight during her 12 week program. For reference she is 5β3 started at 126.1 lbs and finished at 114.9 lbs, all while maintaining muscle mass. She did the 3 month muscle gain program. My approach to weight-loss is to avoid losing muscle. This is a much more sustainable approach. Nicola's goal was to lose 10bs and build a feminine physique which is what we accomplished.
