Classes- (First timer 5 classes for $100), 3 class, 6 class, 12 classes

I will provide a proper warmup, predominant strength/ resistance training circuit, and cool down

Nutrition plans are customized on a weekly basis to keep you excited and to ensure that you are making progress.

Your personal analysis will identify what you’d like to change about your current diet.

We will discuss and outline your goals and current eating habits and how they can be improved to make you feel your very best.
04 — grocery shopping
Lists will be provided for you to take with you to the grocery store so you know exactly what you need to buy.
05 — recipes
Detailed explanations will be provided for each meal.
06 — Weight Check-ins/measurements
We will schedule a call or check-in via email to check in on your weight and measurements.
07 — Lower, Upper, Full Body
I’ll provide a guideline in your plan that supports your body fully.
08 — On-going support + review on food log
I am with you all the way on your journey and we will keep close tabs on your daily food log.
