About Nadine Vessio
Fitness and nutrition has taught me to never give up, to keep going, no matter how what life throws at you.
This is what I want to teach my clients. That they can do anything they put their minds to. I hope to inspire all my clients and help guide them towards their goals by sharing my knowledge from years of personal and educational experience as a fitness professional.
With over nine years of experience as a certified personal trainer and a diploma in Holistic Nutrition from the University of British Columbia, I take a balanced, science-based approach to helping women look and feel their best.
My journey into fitness began early — from competitive dance and university cheerleading to a lifelong passion for movement. As a kid, I struggled with my weight and confidence, often being teased for my size. Through sports and consistency, I not only transformed my body but discovered how deeply fitness can heal, empower, and build confidence.
Over the years, I’ve helped more than 30 clients transform their bodies, boost their confidence, and create a healthy relationship with fitness and nutrition. I specialize in women’s fat loss and am currently completing a certification in pre- and postnatal training.
My mission is to help clients reconnect with their strength, confidence, and energy — both physically and mentally — through movement, education, and sustainable lifestyle habits.
