Superfood High fat/High Protein Post Workout Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1 Scoop vanilla sunwarrior protein powder

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • handful of spinach

  • 2 tsp spirulina

  • half of a banana

Blend in your blender (I use a Vitamix) on medium/ high for 30 seconds

Enjoy this nutrient packed smoothie full of healthy fats, antioxidants, protein, and minerals
