THE WORKOUT:
A personal training session with me is a focused, results-driven hour designed to challenge you and help you feel strong and confident in your body. Each session combines compound movements that build overall strength with isolation exercises that target specific muscle groups for balanced development.
I structure every program in 4–6 week phases, allowing your body to progress through intentional cycles before we switch things up to keep training effective, engaging, and aligned with your goals. Every workout is personalized, purposeful, and built to help you move better, feel better, and see real results. If you would like to bring a friend, partner, family member onboard, I offer semi private as well.
Nutrition services can be added as a separate service.
DURATION: 1 hour
LOCATION: Available in Toronto and Vaughan
DAYS: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays in Toronto, Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Saturdays in Vaughan (See full Schedule)
LEVEL: Designed for beginner through intermediate. Intensity adjusted to match each client’s strength and progress
CLIENTS: Clients must be 18+. All genders, age, and fitness levels are welcome in this supportive, no-judgment space
