Dwell is a 10,000 square foot fitness studio with state of the art equipment. It is a member based and personal training space, however you do not need a membership when attending my training. Quite a few trainers here run their own business it is a shared space.

AMENETIES: Showers, towels, and lockers available (bring your own lock).

PARKING: GreenP Parking is available on Carlaw Ave.

TRANSIT: Close to Queen Streetcar, Dundas Streetcar, and 72 bus from Pape Subway station.

    Similar to a personal training session, but you will be paired with one other client.
