Semi-Private Training Details

THE WORKOUT:

This workout focuses on developing strength and muscle tone through a balanced mix of machine, free weight, and bodyweight training. Each session is designed to challenge different muscle groups, improve overall fitness, and build lasting strength.

  • You will be working out with a partner (2 clients per semi-private session)

  • Clients receive personalized guidance to ensure proper form, prevent injuries, and stay motivated to reach their full potential

  • Each day of the week is dedicated to a different muscle group (see schedule)

  • Nutrition services can be added as a separate service

DURATION: 1 hour

LOCATION: Available at Toronto location only

DAYS: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays (See full schedule)

LEVEL: Designed for beginner through intermediate. Intensity adjusted to match each client’s strength and progress

CLIENTS: Clients must be 18+. All genders, age, and fitness levels are welcome in this supportive, no-judgment space
